Shipping and Back-order Info

We believe first and foremost that shipping should be simple. You shouldn’t have to read page after page of jargon just to figure out how our shipping charges and policy work. That’s why we have flat rate $6.99 shipping in the USA and free shipping for domestic orders over $50. For such a low rate you might think we compromise processing times and use a discount shipping carrier, right? Wrong! We ship all items within 24 business hours, every time and we ship using USPS first-class with tracking.  If you’re really in a hurry to get your project started, we also have options that can get your order to you in a flash. Just select our Priority mail 2-3 business day service or Express 1-2 business day service for the fastest turnaround. We are closed and do not ship on New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

**PLEASE NOTE: CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Our orders will be shipped with either UPS or USPS depending on what is cheapest. You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and all other fees. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or not deliverable packages.

Back-Ordered Items

We work around the clock to keep our inventory full, however in some cases you may order an item that isn't readily available. When this is the case, we will ship your entire order, minus the back-ordered items, immediately. All back-ordered items will be shipped with 14 days of purchase. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship the back-ordered item within 14 days you will be issued an automatic refund. We will keep you updated via email every step of the way.
