What do I need to get started?
To get started creating vinyl all you need is some vinyl and something to cut it with. You can cut vinyl with scissors and Xacto knives, punches and die-cuts, or electronic cutters from Graphtec, Silhouette and Cricut. We have a huge variety of vinyl to choose from and no matter your project we know you will find everything you need on our site.
Which craft cutters are your vinyl sheets compatible with?
Our vinyl sheets are compatible with all craft cutter cutters including Cricut, Xyron, Silhouette, Craft ROBO, Graphtec, Quickutz, Inspiration, Pazzles, Wishblade, and more.
What is vinyl?
We sell 2 main types of vinyl- adhesive and heat transfer. Adhesive vinyl has a sticky back with a temporary peel-off cover to protect the adhesive side. Heat transfer vinyl has a built-in adhesive that is activated with heat.
What is the quality of your vinyl?

How do I choose the right color?
Fortunately, we carry many different colors throughout our vinyl collection but unfortunately it is impossible to capture any true color on everyone's computer screen. We want you to be able to choose the color you need which is why we offer swatch packs.
What is transfer tape?
Transfer tape is a clear or translucent sticky tape that is a tool used to apply vinyl to an object. To use transfer tape, simply peel the protective backing off your tape and apply the sticky tape to the front of your vinyl design. Use a squeegee or a credit card to fully stick the tape to your design. Next, peel up the transfer tape with your vinyl design from the paper backing on the vinyl. Now you're ready to stick your design onto any object! Use your squeegee again to press the vinyl onto your project until it is fully stuck, peel off the transfer tape, and your project is done!
How can I get coupons?
We would love to offer you discounts! If you're looking for coupons and special deals, please sign up for our email list and follow us on social media for some exclusive deals. Currently you can receive free shipping on all orders over $70. If you are looking to buy vinyl in large quantities, we offer 7% off all orders over $200. If you need large quantities of vinyl frequently we invite you to join our platinum wholesale account to receive 25% off your order total if you fit the following criteria:
-the discount can be applied if the customer spends $650+
-the discount can be applied if the customer commits to spending $500 each month with the first order being at least $250 and all following orders at least $100.
To apply to participate please use the contact form. Also please note that machines and machine bundles and other select items do not qualify for this discount and do not count towards the total.
Can I pick my order up/ where is your store?
Unfortunately we do not have a brick and mortar store, just a warehouse. We are located in Springfield, Tennessee. If you would like to avoid shipping costs and pick up your order send us an email. If you live close by and would like to stop by just send us an email! Or you can place your order online and select in store pickup at checkout. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Can I place a special order?
Sure, send us an email or give us a call and one of our customer service reps will respond within 24 hours.
How do I track my package?
To track your order, simply use the tracking code that is sent via email once we send your package out. This email will be separate from your order confirmation email. Orders received before 12PM CST will ship out that day.
I never received an order confirmation after placing my order
First, make sure your email from us didn't go into your spam folder. If you still can't find the email from us please give us a call or send us an email!
My order is damaged or incorrect
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products the market has to offer. If you have received a damaged item or, if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item, please reach out to customer service and we will send out a replacement the same day.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee – no questions asked. We do not offer exchanges. You can simply return the item for a refund and then make a new purchase.
