I have ordered from Shop Craftables several times, but my most recent order arrived with some incorrect items. I have tried to call multiple times only to be disconnected before ever speaking to anyone. I have also emailed and attempted to “chat” on the website, all with no reply. Very disappointed with customer service, which is unfortunate because I like their products.

I bought this for bridal shower shirts I had to do. The color is definitely not green. It’s more of a dark teal color, but definitely not green. I decided to keep it as it wasn’t worth sending back, but don’t buy if you want dark green. I will say, it is a pretty color, which is also another reason I kept it.
