DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 500.00 worth of vinyl from this company, I ordered grey blue and black. Got it in the mail and it didnt not have the grey or the navy and double of the black. They left a note on the packing slip that said they would refund me for the navy but nothing on the grey or why the double black, Its been over a week and I have tried countless times to contact the company and they will not respond. Nor have I seen any refund. This is unacceptable! I have called- you get hung up on, i have emailed no response and I have used the chat and it says someone will contact via email with still no response.
